Sometimes you meet someone….and what comes to your mind is not the reality about them. That first-impression feeling is weirdly the reality when time passes. In some cases, their image in your brain will improve enormously. Other cases, they’ll be hugely degraded in what you imagined of them. And in few cases, you’re brain will not change much; it can be cause you don’t notice it, cause you don’t get deep enough to know them, or in most cases cause it’s been a sporadic tourist in the travel of your brain through life and your brain didn’t care at all. In order, we can call them constantes, crescendos o decrescendos, if they image stays, deteriorates or improves inside of you over time.

And trust me, through all my travels I’ve crossed thousands (yes, at this point so many or maybe tens of thousands) and I can confirm the words I say.
Some people have scared me overtime, being clearly cases of decrescendos. Telling me stories that I might reveal at some post. Briefly (and avoiding spoilers) being told, out of any context, how his life took him across a series of murdering events. Even if this could real or not, but still leaves you with the doubt of sleeping next to an unknown person that could have done such things. And all after thinking all the time he was just a traveler enjoying his time around, not needing to think he was fleeing from something.

And not only in the surprise-factor can the decrescendos affect your, with their stories or lives to tell. But it can be at the sentimental level too. Sometimes you’ll cross and engage with people, that will be a huge disappointment to you. Can happen at the sentimental level, after engaging romantically with someone, believing it all together, and then getting struck by a lightning at the less expected (and often less desired) moment. But it can also be with someone you thought to have a great friendship with, raised out of what seems to be connections established by the universe will.
But even if decrescendos will always be those who will teach you the more for your future path, that will leave a biggest scar inside of you, and that will influence much your next decissions. Still, it’ll be the crescendos those who will make you enjoy the most, open you eyes and mouth as a child who sees a plane in the sky for the first time.

This later ones will for sure teach you, you’ll enjoy them being more aware of it, as the happiness they give you if the last thing you have, having started from the lowest point. However, you always remain with the doubt. with that question inside of you. Asking if that You, with that first interpretation of the vibes was the right one, and if that person has managed to manipulate your mind, get inside the part of you that controls the liking of others and influence it in a way that you give way to them.

And there are circumstances, in which they indeed show you that you were not so wrong. They appeared to be a crescendo, and suddenly became a huge decrescendo, getting even lower that they were at the beginning inside of your thoughts.

This ones don’t even deserve for me to create or coin them a name, as they are not frequently found. At least in my own experience, as I haven’t encountered so many, although for sure meaningful to me. As for me, this later ones have been those who you’ll remember the most, as they affect you or impress you hugely.

I don’t want to know right now what else to say about this. But surely there would be many stories to tell that might come to mind at some post, and I can share with you with specific details and anecdotes.

Also cause now I’ll have to go for dinner, as someone prepared for it. Right now? Volunteering at the place I volunteered for the first time ever. Living again the experience while I recover from my breaking ankles. And also while I mentally prepare to take off for my trips again.
